Timo Werner failed to find the back of the net as his team salvaged a 1-1 draw.
When RB Leipzig takes the field, all eyes are towards their lead marksman Timo Werner.
However, despite his side’s dominant display, he was unable to add to his tally.
The hosts fell behind in the 34th minute when Freiburg’s Manuel Gulde’s scored from a poorly dealt with corner kick.

It took a 77th minute goal from Yussuf Poulsen to rescue a point.
The hosts could have been undone after a 93rd-minute strike from Robin Koch appeared to have taken all three points for the visitors. But VAR stepped in and ruled the goal out for offside.
It certainly was not the goal fest of the Reveiradebry, but it was a game filled with opportunities and plenty of action.
