Cristiano Ronaldo and Paulo Dybala can still do much better attacking numbers according to Maurizio Sarri.
The pair have combined for 17 goals in 10 games for Juve since the restart. CR7 has been deployed on the left side of attack with the Argentine playing through the middle.
Against Lazio on Monday, Ronaldo and Dybala combined once again for Juve’s second goal in their 2-1 win over Lazio.
Sarri is pleased with what he has seen from the pair so far but believes the pair can do even better to improve their current numbers.
The Juventus boss was asked about Ronaldo and Dybala in a pre-match conference on Wednesday. He had this to say.
“It’s evident we can play a lot better and have ample margin for improvement,” Sarri said as quoted by Goal.
“I don’t see this difficulty in having top level players like Ronaldo and Paulo Dybala sharing the field, as they have already scored 51 goals between them in two seasons.”
