The Messi vs Ronaldo Group Stage fixture dates are set

Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are set to face each other again this season in the Champions League. After getting to know the news of their pairing in Group F, we finally know the exact dates they are playing twice before the end of 2020.

But the important fixtures are set to take place between the two legendary players. After UEFA’s announcement of 30% capacity for each Champions League game, fans will be thrilled to return to stadiums. We will give you the details of this new edition on the most important sports rivalry in history, dates, and venues.

Real Madrid and Juventus in the same week.

The first of both matches will take place near the end of this month. FC Barcelona will travel to Italy to play at Allianz Arena on October 28. But the most significant part of this fixture is that the Blaugrana play against Real Madrid on October 24 at Camp Nou.

This means that Messi will get to play El Clasico and Ronaldo in the span of four days, not bad for a week’s worth of work. After that, Messi will receive Ronaldo’s visit to Camp Nou for the last Group Stage fixture. This one shouldn’t be a problem if we consider the other two rivals, who don’t seem strong enough to compete against either star.

Rest of the Group Stage calendar.

UEFA just released the complete fixture calendar of all groups in the UEFA Champions League. Out of all the games we have an opening match between Atletico Madrid and Bayern Munich at Allianz Arena.

Liverpool also visits Ajax on the same day. Last but not least, we have an electrifying opening day at Parc Des Princes between PSG and Manchester United.

Every single matchday on this Group Stage will bring us eight games per fixture, which is a very interesting way to spend the evening. But there’s no doubt that the biggest rivalry will happen between Leo Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
