Manchester United have been in exhilarating form since the resumption of football on June 17, winning all but one of their matches.
Man United, as a matter of fact, started to pick up steam in January. They were on an 11-match unbeaten run prior to the lockdown and now have extended their streak to 16 matches.
However, this has not been the case for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer‘s men all season as they struggled for consistency in the earlier parts of the 2019/20 campaign.
Their resurgence was aided by carefully planned squad recruitment by Solskjaer – signing players showing high character, a burning desire to win, and commitment.
“The manager has done a brilliant job,” Luke Shaw told Sky Sports.
“Everyone is smiling, everyone is enjoying each other’s company and I think that is important to have a successful team. Everyone wants the same thing and gets along with each other and I can see a big change in the group not just on the pitch, but with each other off the pitch too.
“Of course we are very happy with how things are going but of course there is still room for improvement we all believe.”
