According to Nielsen Korea, the SBS Friday-Saturday drama ‘The Escape of the Seven’ Season 2 that aired on the 29th recorded a nationwide household average of 4.4%.
This is a lower figure than the first broadcast of the previous series ‘The Escape of the Seven’ (6%).
It falls short of the record set by the previous tv series ‘Flex x Cop,’ which started at 5.7% and ended at 9.3%.
‘The Escape of the Seven’ depicts the intense collaboration of 7 resurrected individuals, each with their own reset revenge plots.
The drama features actors such as Hwang Jung-eum, Um Ki-joon, Lee Joon, Lee Yoo-bi, and Shin Eun-kyung, and is written by Kim Sun-ok.
Meanwhile, MBC’s ‘Wonderful World’ (Episode 9) achieved a record high viewership rating of 11.4%. This is a 5.1% increase from the 6.3% viewership rating in the previous episode.
