Tale of Mrs. Ok also known as Okssibuinjeon is a historical Korean drama set to air on JTBC. It will reportedly star Lim Ji Yeon and Choo Young Woo.

“Tale of Mrs. Ok” is a K-drama that tells the fierce survival and success stories of a female slave in the Joseon Dynasty who fakes her name, status, and even her husband.

Lim Ji Yeon is reportedly offered the role of slave Goo Deok, a character who abandons her name and fakes everything to live a new life as a mistress.

Lim Ji Yeon has starred in hit dramas such has The Glory (2022-23), The Killing Vote (2023), Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area – Part 2 (2022). She is also working with Ji Chang Wook on an upcoming Korean film “Revolver.”

Choo Young Woo is reportedly offered to play the role of Song Seo In, the son of the prestigious Song family. Song Seo In is a romantic and reckless character when it comes to love, and he changes as he gets entangled with Goo Deok through various events.

Choo Young Woo is best known for starring in dramas such as Once Upon a Small Town (2022), School (2021). He is also set to star in a Netflix K-drama “The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call.”
