Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been a reliable figure at Manchester United since long before taking charge of the in December 2018.
The former striker spent 11 years playing at Old Trafford between 1996–2007, scoring 126 goals and winning six Premier League titles and a Champions League trophy in the process.
He was also fundamental for Man United en route to their 1999 treble, scoring a dramatic last-gasp winner in the Champions League final against Bayern Munich.
“I’d definitely be in it,” Solskjaer replied when asked to name his ultimate six-a-side team made up of his Man United teammates on the club’s official YouTube channel.
“If it’s a six-a-side, small pitch, loads of finishing chances, no problem, I’ll be in scoring goals.
“Edwin probably, maybe David [de Gea] but maybe I can’t pick the ones I’m managing so I’d pick Edwin as the keeper.”
“I’d have to have Jaap at the back. Giggsy would play with his skills. Cristiano, me, Keano, and Scholsey. How many is that?”
