Minho will attend Paris Olympics as one of the ‘Olympic™ friends.’
Minho will attend the 33rd Paris Olympics as an IOC “Olympic™ friend” on July 26th.
He will watch competitions, engage with the audience, and support Korean athletes.
Minho is the first to be appointed as an “Olympic™ friend” under a new IOC program.
The program aims to have famous personalities promote Olympic values.
Previously, Minho promoted the “2024 Gangwon Winter Youth Olympic Games” as a torchbearer and engaged in luge activities.
Minho participated in a public diplomacy campaign event in November 2017, showing his support for the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics.
He will be appearing in JTBC’s new drama “Romance in the House” as Nam Tae-pyung, a character who lives life on his own terms.
Minho has also been cast in the play “Waiting for Godot” as Val, marking his first theater appearance since his debut.
His involvement in the 33rd Paris Olympics is expected to attract significant attention.
