Since joining PSG, Neymar has always been linked with a return to Barcelona. It has pretty much become the norm in every transfer window with reports saying the Brazilian ‘is close’ to a return to the Camp Nou.
The reports have surfaced once again and the Neymar to Barcelona could be on once again.
As per ESPN h/t by Marca, PSG’s sporting director, Leonardo, has decided that the 28-year-old can leave in the summer after consistently insisting he was not for sale.
The report does say that the club’s hierarchy have no plans whatsoever to sell Real Madrid target in Kylian Mbappe.
Barcelona would continue to monitor Neymar’s situation and already have the backing of Lionel Messi who is close friends with the Brazilian.
The Catalan side didn’t hide their intentions of signing the PSG forward last summer and could yet give it another go this summer.
