Tang Jun Sang plays Nam Yeo Kang, a low-ranking censor at Yemungwan, who is a scholarly figure perceived as foolish.
Nam Da Reum portrays the Crown Prince of Joseon, who aims to erase historical records to conceal his flaws.
Yoon Na Moo takes on the role of Shin Hee Soo, a junior official burdened by his workload.
Choi Hee Jin plays Lady Hye Bin Hong, the anxious mother of the crown prince.
Seo Jin Won and Jo Han Chul will have special appearances as the Left State Councilor and the king, respectively.
