The latter two positions are occupied by Manchester United signings Luke Shaw(£31m)
and Wayne Rooney(£27m).
Rooney is the only player to be on this list who was signed before 2010.
Most players on this list have been signed in the last few years.
The last player on this list is Renato Sanches bought for £27.5 by Bayern Munich.
Renato might be the only player for now on this list who some may say flopped.
But still being 21 he still has a lot of time on his hands.
Juventus’ defence was already impenetrable having conceded the least goals in Serie A and only conceding more goals than four teams in the Europe’s top five leagues in 2018/2019.
After the signing of de Ligt there back line has just got even better.
