Lee Chae Min has been confirmed to join the Netflix series ‘Cashero’ (directed by Lee Chang-Min, and written by Lee Jae-In and Jeon Chan-Ho).
“Cashero” is an exciting superhero series that centers around Kang Sang Woong (played by Lee Jun-Ho), an ordinary government employee with extraordinary power.
Kang Sang Woong discovers that he can harness incredible strength based on the amount of cash he holds, leading him to use up his savings to protect the world.
Lee Chae-Min is expected to showcase his strong acting synergy with Lee Joon-Ho, Kim Hye-Joon, Kim Byung-Chul, and Kim Hyang-Gi, who have already confirmed their roles.
Lee Chae-Min made his debut in the tvN drama “High Class” in 2021, and last year, he played the role of Lee Sun-Jae in “Crash Course in Romance,” where he made his mark on viewers and established himself as a rising star.
He then gained attention when he was cast as the male lead in the upcoming Netflix series “Hierarchy,” which is scheduled to be released in June.
He is currently filming a TV series called “I Believe You,” which is in talks for an OTT release.
He also recently served as the MC of KBS2’s “Music Bank.” With the casting in “Cashero,” he is expected to solidify his position as a ‘mainstream’ actor.
