Kwak Sun Young and Lee Min Ki Starrer Crash Episode 12 Ending Explained

Lee Min-Ki’s Crash K-drama episode 12 aired on June 18, 2024, on ENA and Disney Plus.

The story revolves around the Traffic Crime Investigation (TCI) team solving dangerous criminal cases.

In the previous episode, the team was disbanded and Inspector Yeon-Ho moved to Hwapyeong Island.

A girl named Lee Seunga goes missing after a party, and Yeon-Ho calls his former team for help.

Captain Jung Chae-Man joins the team and they investigate the case.

They discover CCTV footage showing a car with a broken headlight, leading them to a suspect named Gi Hyung-Soo.

The village chief and her group protest against the investigation, but Captain Chae-Min finds them suspicious.

The investigation leads to Hyung-Soo’s cousin, Im Ji-Sook, whose damaged car matches the CCTV footage.

The village chief and her friends interfere with the interrogation and take Ji-Sook away.

Yeon-Ho announces that Lee Seunga likely died by suicide, but he has found an earbud that may lead them to her body.

Yeon-Ho and So-Hee hide behind a tree at night to catch the culprits.

Village chief and her group, including Yeon-Ho’s fellow inspector, are revealed to be involved.

Flashback scene explains that the group hit Lee Seunga and her friend Armin, resulting in Armin’s death.

Seunga was kept hostage by the group after the accident.

Captain Chae-Min saves Seunga, leading to the resolution of the missing girl’s case.

The ending of the Crash K-drama is considered to be a happy one.

Chae-Min resigns from his team, but the captain returns and reforms the TCI team, bringing good news.

There is no romantic angle between Lee Min-Ki and Kwak Sun-Young’s characters, which may disappoint some viewers.

However, there are hints of a spark between the two characters as Yeon-Ho drives So-Hee’s car to pick up her father from the hospital.

The Crash K-drama consists of 12 episodes and can be watched on Disney Plus.
