On August 2, 2024, IVE fans were shocked to find that the music video for their hit single “Love Dive” had vanished from YouTube.

When fans tried to check out the video, they were met with a message saying it was taken down due to copyright claims from Jack Brady and Jordan Roman.

These two, known as TheWavys, are the song’s writers and producers, which has left many fans scratching their heads.

Some are wondering if there’s some kind of dispute between the songwriters and Starship Entertainment, possibly over issues like plagiarism or unpaid royalties.

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time IVE has dealt with copyright issues.

When their song “Either Way” dropped, it also faced a copyright notice on IVE’s official TikTok account.

While the reason for the takedown is still a bit of a mystery, IVE’s team is on it and working to sort things out.

Fans can look forward to an official update from the group or their agency soon.

Update: The song is back on Youtube!
