Boys’ Generation Plot
“Boys’ Generation” is a thrilling drama set in the late 1980s. It follows the students of an agricultural high school in rural Chungcheong Province. Jang Byung Tae is a timid and frail boy from Onyang who is bullied at his school. He decides to transfer to Buyeo Agricultural High School, hoping for a fresh start. But he soon finds himself in a situation that changes his life forever.

Im Siwan will play Jang Byung Tae, a boy who is small and weak. He is constantly picked on at his school, so he moves to Buyeo Agricultural High School nearby. But instead of a peaceful life, he encounters a shocking event that alters his destiny. Im Siwan is a singer and actor from Busan. He was a vocalist for ZE:A and ZE:A Five. He studied at various colleges and plays the violin. He debuted in 2004 with a CF and in 2012 with a drama. He switched to Plum Entertainment in 2017 and completed his military service in 2019.
He has previously dazzled in films and dramas such as Summer Strike (2022), Run On (2020), Strangers from Hell (2019), and The Merciless (2017).
Lee Sun Bin will play Park Ji Young. Lee Sun Bin is a South Korean actress and singer who was born as Lee Jin Kyung in Cheonan-si. She was a member of JQT, a girl group that disbanded in 2012. She did many ads and music videos before acting. She debuted in 2013 and won the “2017 Best New Actress” award from MBC Drama Awards for Missing 9. She also sang OSTs for “The Great Show” and “Extra Investigation”. She is a Gyeonggi World Ceramic Biennale ambassador in 2021.
Her famous works include Work Later, Drink Now (2021), Criminal Minds (2017), Team Bulldog: Off-duty Investigation (2020) and Mission 1: Possible (2021).
