A major attribute Cristiano Ronaldo boasts over others is his excellent work ethic.
The Portuguese star has never shown any signs of letting down and even at 35, he looks to be getting even more better.
Ronaldo spent most of his lockdown in native hometown Madeira in Portugal and returned back to Italy last month.
Following his first training session for Juventus, reports mentioned that the forward returned in even better shape than he was in before football was suspended.
And those claims have now been verified by Bonucci, who reveals he was in awe of Ronaldo and his physical shape after seeing him in training. Saying he returned in ‘perfect condition’.
“How did I find him? How I left him.” Bonucci told Gazzetta dello Sport.
“He is a super athlete, a great professional. He told me what he did to keep fit during the quarantine. He presented himself in perfect condition. He cannot amaze, he is a champion, from all points of view.”
