Spurs have signed Giovani Lo Celso from Real Betis on a season loan with an option to buy.
Lo Celso joined Betis permanently this season after spending last year on a loan.
He scored 16 goals from midfield in all competitions, with nine of them coming in the league.
The Argentine also made his way into the National team featuring for the Albicelestes in the Copa America this summer.
Signing of the Argentine will put doubts on the future of Christian Eriksen.
The Dane has been looking to move away from the club all summer, with Madrid being his favoured destination.
And adding Giovani Lo Celso gives Spurs a great replacement of Eriksen if and when he decides to leave.
It’s a great business for Spurs as they have just signed an exciting player on loan.
And he will surely be looking to light up the Premier League.
