Man United got ahead through a Bruno Fernandes penalty.
But within five minutes, Spurs had turned the game around with two quickfire goals.
The first came from Tanguy Ndombele after some chaotic defending from Harry Maguire and Eric Bailly before the returning Son Heung-min added a second.
That wasn’t the end of the drama either. Just before the half-hour mark, Anthony Martial was sent off in very controversial circumstances.
He clashed with Erik Lamela and while the Spurs man made the first contact, it was Martial’s reaction – a slap – which led to him seeing red.

Things got worse for Man United 60 seconds later when Tottenham made their man advantage count by scoring to go 3-1 up.

The chaos kept on coming too, with Spurs adding a fourth in the 37th minute and it was that man Son again. What a match!
