Ozil turns down Fenerbahce offer.

Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil has rejected an approach from Fenerbahce over a potential transfer. The 31-year old midfielder could not agree to terms with the Turkish Lig side’s offered contract.

Ozil’s contract with the Gunners runs through to 2021 and he will most likely quit the club upon its expiration. [BILD]

Chelsea close in on Havertz move.

Bayer Leverkusen’s Kai Havertz has agreed on personal terms with Chelsea over a summer transfer. Wages and duration of the contract have already been sorted out between the midfielder and Chelsea. The Blues will now make an official bid in the coming days worth around €80 million with additional bonuses. [Sky Germany]

Man United keen on Kondogbia.

Manchester United are taking an active interest in Valencia’s Geoffrey Kondogbia. The club identify Kondogbia as an alternative to their initial target Jude Bellingham, who recently joined Borussia Dortmund.

The 27-year old box-to-box midfielder, who has two years left on his current contract, also ‘dreams’ of playing in the Premier League. [FootMercato]

Milan want Emerson.

AC Milan are pursuing a deal for FC Barcelona’s Emerson. Milan have already contacted Barca to discuss his summer availability. The Catalans value the full-back at around €30 million. [Calcio Mercato]

Arsenal set to sign Fernandes.

Arsenal are looking to ramp up their efforts to sign Sporting Lisbon’s Joelson Fernandes. The 17-year old has a €45 million (£40m) buyout clause on his contact which the Gunners are planning on triggering. [A Bola]
