ENA’s kdrama “Evilive” starring Shin Ha Kyun, Kim Young Kwang and Shin Jae Ha has released new character posters for all three of them.
“Evilive” also known as Biography of a Villain is a crime noir drama about a lawyer who meets an absolute villain and transforms into an elite villain. Shin Ha Kyun, Kim Young Kwang and Shin Jae Ha will star in the lead roles.
Firstly, Shin Ha Kyun’s character poster captures the narrative of Han Dong Soo, a lawyer for a living who crosses the line and becomes evil. His face is full of scars, and his black eyes behind his broken glasses are full of venom. The character’s message, “Anyone can be evil,” raises the question of how Han Dong Soo becomes evil.
The background of Kim Young Kwang’s character poster is filled with only black colour, revealing his “absolutely evil” force. Kim Young Kwang plays Seo Do Young, a former baseball player and second-in-command of a criminal organisation. His eyes, which glow in the dark, are like eerie beasts, giving you goosebumps. The message “Aren’t you tired of losing all the time?” foreshadows Seo’s ambition, boldness, and brutality.
Finally, Shin Jae Ha plays Han Beom Jae, the half-brother of Shin Ha Kyun, who gets caught up in the case along with his brother. In the character poster, Shin Jae Ha looks anxious and fearful, with tears streaming down his face. Looking at the blood on his hands and saying, “We’re going to hell, aren’t we?” amplifies viewers curiosity about what kind of storm is about to hit the brothers’ lives.
