However, Che Adams’ fourth-minute effort was shortly cancelled out by a Teemu Pukki header before Norwich’s Grant Hanley won it in the 79th minute.
Klopp’s team are third in the Premier League league, one point behind second-placed Manchester City, after recovering from a two-game winless streak, although leaders Chelsea are still out of reach with 12 games remaining.
